BASKETBALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Boys and Girls in 2nd through 6th grade will participate in the York Youth Basketball League.  This is a travel league and teams will play throughout York County.  These teams will practice 3-4 days a week with games being played on Saturdays and Sundays.  Players who participate are expected to attend all practices and games as this is a competitive league.  Practices will start at the beginning of November.  All players will be subject to an evaluation.  No child will be turned away.  The evaluation is to place players on the appropriate team for their skill level.  The cost for this program will be $75.  Please note, as per league regulations, all players must reside within the Columbia Borough School District.  If a player attends a private school that player must live within the limits of Columbia Borough School District to play for the CBAA.

Boys and Girls in Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade are eligible to participate in our Saturday morning program.  This is a beginner's instructional program that will take place every Saturday morning during basketball season from 9-10:30 at the Noah Wenger Center on the 200 block of Walnut St. in Columbia. There is no charge for this program and no pre registration is required.
